Description:
	Analyzes the relative time value components
	of Standard & Poor's 100 Index Options (OEX)
	to help predict future short term stock market
	directional movement.
Installation Requirements:
	Floppy disk drive.
	Microsoft Windows 3.0 or better.
	Fixed hard disk with approx. 600 Kb free disk space.
Installation Procedure:
	1. Start Microsoft Windows.
	2. Insert program distribution diskette into floppy disk drive.
	3. From the Program Manager menu select "FILE" and then "RUN".
	4. Type:   A:SETUP
	5. Press the ENTER key.
Program Startup:
	1. Start Microsoft Windows.
	2. From the Program Manager "TPI" group window
	   double-click on the TPI icon.
